Do you intend to prepare a proposal under Science in Society 2013 Call for proposals? Start building your consortium in Brussels, on 19th of September 2012!

The international network of Science in Society National Contact Points - SiS.net invites all stakeholder involved in the Science in Society Programme (SiS) of FP7 to the Info day and brokerage event to be held in Brussels.

 The event, to be organised by SiS.net in cooperation with the European Commission, will take place on 19 September 2012 at the Management Centre for Europe, 118 Rue de l'Aqueduc, Brussels.

The main objective of the SiS Brokerage Event is to provide, in the first session, first-hand information by the European Commission officials about the FP7 SiS 2013 Call, launched on the 10th July 2012, and to bring in the second half of the day all stakeholders together (universities, research institutions, civil society organisations, SMEs, public bodies, Science Centres etc.), in order to meet potential coordinators and partners in a fruitful networking environment. 

At the SiS Brokerage Event, participants will receive information on the following research areas:

  • Mobilization and Mutual Learning Activities (MMLs)
  • Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) on tackling societal challenges
  • Gender in Science and Research
  • New developments in Science Education
