FP6 Consortium Management - Best Practice Updat, Brussel July 14

The seminar is entitled "FP6 Consortium Management - Best Practice Update".
As the title suggests, the seminar is intended to provide delegates with the latest thinking and ideas on the management of consortium for FP6 projects. In particular, it will build on the lessons learnt since the start of the framework programme.
The seminar is aimed at R&D managers who wish to gain a deeper and wider knowledge of management techniques, as well as those who may need to review their existing practices after the experience of running an FP6 project for the first 12-18 months.
Representatives of the IPR Helpdesk and Cordis will be at the event.
The seminar will provide an excellent platform for networking and making contacts, as our events attract a truly international representation.
