Autumn Assembly 25 November 2010
From Research to Innovation is the subject of Rannis' Autumn Assembly, which will be held on 25 November 2010 at Hotel Saga (Harvard conference hall) at 8.30-10.30
The keynote speaker is Dr Luke Georghiou from Manchester University, who will link EU's long term policy making in research and innovation, to the current discourse in Iceland. Rögnvaldur Sæmundsson from the University of Reykjavik will talk about the link between basic research and international innovation and Grétar Ingi Þorleifsson, Deputy Director of the Nordic Patent Institute discusses patents as indicators for innovation.
