The main goal of the project on Public Attitudes toward Gender and National Identity: ISSP 2012 and 2013 was to continue Iceland´s participation in the International Social Survey Programme by collecting data on the 2012 module on family, work and gender roles and the 2013 module on national identity.

The Icelandic data along with comparable data for around 40 other countries is now available to all Icelandic and foreign social scientists interested in gender and national identity, likely to result in multiple peer-reviewed publications that include Iceland.
