Páll Jakobsson professor of astrophysics receives the 2012 Motivation Award
Páll Jakobsson, professor of astrophysics at the Univeristy of Iceland, received the Motivation Award for Young Scientists for 2012 which was presented at the annual Rannis Congress on 7 June 2012.
Páll received the award from the Icelandic Prime Minister, Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir, who is also the chair of the Science and Technology Policy Council.
